Site of the Week #11 - Food Spotting (Foursquare + Kontain for Foodies)

Awesome logo aside, Food Spotting is a social sharing website & iPhone App where food lovers can snap a pic of interesting/favourited meals, and share it with it’s growing community of foodies. I’ve just heard about this the other day and maybe I’m still in the honey moon stage, but I’m loving the experience so far. It’s definitly a new way to discover delicious eats in your area.

Go check it out! I was up and snapping pics in minutes.
You can see my spotted eats here as well.

Don’t forget to watch the video of the founder and creator Alexa Andrezejewski below the fold.

Always love these concepts. Reminds me a little of the “Future Vision” stuff Vodafone came out with like 10 years ago. It’s basically a hybrid vision of a lot of already thought out things. It’s nothing really new, but it’s great to see it in action.
