“The Outliers” by Malcolm Gladwell
I am not a fast reader. I always try to do it slow and steady, so I can get the most out of the passage, and think it through. I like books that make me think, question ideas, behaviours, and theories. This book does that, amazingly. It’s one of those fascinating reads that really alter the way one perceives culture, identities, and social ideologies. It’s those hidden beliefs we all carry subconsciously that make me speechless. Lifestyle patterns and social behaviours are often dictated through cultural teachings, morals, traditions, and perceptions. Gladwell examines the components which it requires to establish one’s success, to levels that we often neglect to consider. Shocking facts, fascinating studies, combined with an unique stance in stories of success, this is a GREAT read.
32. Read 20 books (5/20)

Motivational words, when referring to delivering a project that just needs to get done, might be boring as hell, but you just gotta kill it and bill it!
